Experience
Ms. Flynn has been working exclusively in the field of U.S. immigration law since 1996. She began her career in Chicago, Illinois with reputable boutique immigration law firms where she assisted multi-national clients employed in a variety of occupations and backgrounds ranging from executives, professionals and individuals in their U.S. immigration requirements. Ms. Flynn has focused her practice in London primarily in complex consular processing issues including waivers of inadmissibility, and employment and family-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories. In particular, she provides specialized advice to business owners in regards to their E-2 Treaty Investor visa applications.
In addition to her current practice, Ms. Flynn brings with her a varied experience within the field of U.S. immigration law having advised clients prior to relocating to London in issues involving naturalization, labor certification and representation of clients before the asylum office in the adjudication Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) cases. She regularly volunteered in Chicago with local community organizations providing pro bono naturalization advice.
